- Source and identify relevant candidates through multiple channels
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interactions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Handle recruitment requirements across different Non-IT roles and industries
- Work towards timely and quality closures
What we’re looking for:
- 1 years of recruitment experience
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Experience working with Manufacturing OR Engineering OR Pharma OR Logistics OR Retail companies
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
