- 5–7 years of relevant experience in CNC, Sheet Metal Development and Die Casting.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining, Sheet Metal, Aluminium Extrusion and Aluminium Die casting
- Practical experience in production and new product development
- Valuable knowledge of Product Development, Product Costing and process development.
- Ability to coordinate with cross team coordination, production and other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in NPD engineering or related field.
- Candidates with experience in Lighting products/components, preferably *Home Lighting or Automobile Lighting, past experience in working with Chinese vendors will be preferred
- Proficiency in CNC machines operation and maintenance; knowledge of costing and budgeting principles.
