Network Support Engineer Enterprise network infrastructure support covering LAN/WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, upgrades, vendor coordination, documentation, and security/audit activities.

Strong enterprise networking and L1L3 troubleshooting experience required. Hands-on exposure to Cisco routing/switching, WLAN, firewalls, VPN, monitoring and ITSM. Strong communication, documentation, RCA and vendor coordination skills required.

TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT/PAT; Cisco Routing & Switching; LAN/WAN troubleshooting; Cisco IOS upgrades; Cisco 9800 & Meraki WLAN; Cisco & FortiGate Firewall; VPN troubleshooting; SolarWinds; ServiceNow / ITIL; Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, ns lookup; L1L3 troubleshooting; RCA/SOP/runbook preparation.
