Ahalia Hospital, UAE, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Neurologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi - UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive neurological care, managing a wide range of neurological conditions, and delivering high-quality patient-centered services in a busy clinical setting.

Job location: Abu Dhabi - UAE

Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications and experience as a Consultant Neurologist.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and patient management skills.

:

- Prescribe and/or administer treatment and medication related to neurological disorders, including stroke, trauma, demyelination, and neurodegenerative disorders.

- Work in collaboration with colleagues in orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, emergency medicine, pain medicine, physiotherapy, and radiology.

- Perform specialized treatments such as sleep disorders, neuroimmunology, neurogenetics, and behavioral neurology.





- To refer patients for vestibular function tests (VFT) & sleep studies (PSG).

- Conduct and interpret lumbar punctures, electroencephalography, electromyography, and nerve conduction velocity tests.

- Document patient records and progress, including symptoms, medications, and treatments, in a timely and appropriate fashion.

- Counseling patients on neurological disorders and their backgrounds.

- Stay current on all neurological developments, treatments, and medications within the neurological medical community.
