Roles and Responsibilities
- Configuring & Trouble shooting Routers, Switches, Onu, OLT
- Responsibility for every customer support ticket till ticket closing
- Crimping, Cabling, Wiring etc
- Power Check
- Splicing
- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN terminology, IP Subnetting, IP packet flow DHCP packet flow.
- Troubleshooting of all types of Customer-oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP, and Internet setup.
- Troubleshooting all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
Qualification : B.Tech/ BCA/ ITI/ or any other related course
