Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mutual Fund Operations role based in Surat. The role involves handling end-to-end operational processes for mutual fund investments, including processing transactions, monitoring SIPs, and ensuring accurate client onboarding and documentation.
The team member will coordinate with registrars, mutual fund houses, and internal stakeholders to reconcile data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date records.
They will support compliance activities by verifying adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines, preparing operational reports, and assisting with audits. The role also includes responding to client and partner queries related to transactions, statements, and account information, while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust analytical skills to interpret data, reconcile transactions, and identify operational issues.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of mutual funds and related investment products, including SIPs and basic industry regulations.
- Candidates should possess foundational finance skills, such as understanding NAVs, portfolio concepts, and risk-return profiles.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interactions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of investments and an interest in capital markets and long-term wealth building.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort with spreadsheets and basic financial software are beneficial.
- Prior experience in mutual fund operations, back-office roles, or wealth management support is an advantage.
