Responsibilities: Handle mutual fund operations and client servicing, including SIPs, investments, redemptions, switches, KYC, FATCA, bank mandates, nominations and documentation. Manage client communication, follow-ups and transaction coordination with clients, AMCs, RTAs and transaction platforms. Maintain CRM, Excel records, statements and trackers, while supporting portfolio review coordination and day-to-day office administration. ⭐ Organized & Client-focused ⭐ Strong communication & follow-up skills ⭐ Comfortable with Excel, Word, Email & WhatsApp ⭐ Detail-oriented with a “Get It Done” attitude ?
