Spurthi Rural Development Society (SRDS) is looking for an experienced and motivated Multi Skill Technician Trainer for our Skill Development Training Centre in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to candidates in electrical and consumer durable equipment servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge along with the ability to explain concepts effectively to trainees.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) preferred.

Experience: Relevant technical, industry, or training experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct theory and practical training.
- Train candidates in electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, tools, and consumer durable appliances.
- Conduct practical sessions and assessments.
- Maintain training records and lab equipment.
- Prepare candidates for assessment and employment.

Preferred: Experience in Skill Development, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, or similar projects. Salary: Based on experience and interview.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
