JOB OPENING – MRD EXECUTIVE

Mamta Superspeciality Hospital, Raipur is looking for an experienced and responsible MRD Executive to join our team.

Position: MRD Executive

Department: Medical Record Department (MRD)

Location: Mamta Superspeciality Hospital, Beside Mowa Police Station, Dubey Colony, Mowa, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize patient medical records accurately.
- Ensure proper filing, indexing and retrieval of medical records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Ensure completeness of patient records as per hospital/NABH requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing and other departments for pending/incomplete records.
- Maintain MRD registers, statistics and reports.
- Maintain bed-head tickets and ensure completeness
- Assist in medical record audits and NABH documentation.
- Ensure timely archiving and preservation of records.





Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in MRD/Medical Records.
- Knowledge of hospital documentation and NABH requirements will be an advantage.
- Positive computer and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
