Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics & Multimedia Intern who can assist in creating engaging visual content, animations, graphics, and multimedia assets for digital and marketing needs. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools, creativity, and a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas.

This is a paid internship opportunity with a fixed monthly stipend.

Skills Required:

- Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, UI animation, text animation and product-style videos.
- Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, sequencing, pacing, audio syncing and final video exports.
- Ability to create motion graphic reels from static designs, scripts, brand guidelines, and reference videos.
- UI/UX-style animation for fintech, SaaS, payment and banking infrastructure videos.
- Infographic-style animation using icons, product flows, process diagrams, and animated elements.
- Animated text, kinetic typography, smooth transitions, and clean motion pacing.
- Product launch videos, SaaS explainer videos, fintech videos and tech marketing creatives.
- Sound effects, background music, and basic audio transitions for short-form reels.
- Strong layout, typography, spacing, colour and brand consistency.
- Ability to create premium, professional, and non-generic visuals.




- Understanding Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, and short-form social media formats.
- Ability to export videos in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and LinkedIn-friendly formats.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva will be a plus.
- Ability to follow reference videos closely and make revisions based on feedback.

Experience & Qualifications 6 months–1 year of experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Visual Design or a related creative role. Strong freshers with a relevant portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential; working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is expected.

Diploma, bachelor's degree or ongoing education in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film/Video Production or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with a strong portfolio.

Previous exposure to FinTech, SaaS, technology, banking, payments or B2B product marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable completing a short practical motion-design assignment during the selection process.

Certifications - Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Adobe Certified Professional – After Effects

Adobe Certified Qualified – Premiere Pro

Relevant certification/coursework in Motion Graphics, 2D Animation, UI Motion Design or Video Editing

Training/certification from recognized design or animation institutes can be considered an advantage.
