Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based learning experiences for young children.
- Create a protected, positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use age-appropriate activities, materials and teaching methods to support children's development.
- Encourage children to develop independence, curiosity, creativity and social skills.
- Observe individual children's learning and developmental needs and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain effective classroom routines and ensure positive student behaviour.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, development and classroom experiences.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, coordinators and school management.
- Participate in school events, activities, celebrations and other academic initiatives.
- Maintain classroom resources, learning materials and required documentation.
- Follow the school's academic standards, policies and CBSE-related practices.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have:





- A Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education / Montessori Education or a related field.
- Montessori training/certification will be an advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience teaching Montessori / Pre-Primary / Kindergarten students.
- Strong spoken English and good communication skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Patience, empathy and a positive approach to classroom management.
- Ability to create engaging and activity-based learning experiences.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Professional presentation and a child-friendly personality.
