Job Responsibilities

- Prepare daily/nightly MIS reports for sales, billing, dispatch and collections.
- Verify billing vs dispatch and identify quantity/value mismatches.
- Prepare truck-wise and customer-wise dispatch reports.
- Reconcile cash, UPI/online collections and billing records.
- Conduct night cash closing and prepare handover reports.
- Check invoices for missing, duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Track pending orders, pending billing and dispatch status.
- Maintain daily stock and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with dispatch, billing and accounts teams.
- Prepare daily closing report for management.
- Maintain accurate Excel records and highlight operational discrepancies.

Required Skills
- Strong MS Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS,



filters and basic reporting.
- Valuable numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Experience in MIS, dispatch, billing or logistics operations preferred.
- Ability to work independently during night shift.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred: Experience with Zoho Books/Inventory or similar ERP/accounting software. Key Requirement: Candidate must be comfortable handling operational data, reconciliation and night closing responsibilities—not just basic data entry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
