We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, prepare regular reports, maintain MIS dashboards, and provide accurate business insights to management. The ideal candidate should have robust Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

- Collect, consolidate, verify, and maintain data from multiple sources.

- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight variances.

- Generate reports related to sales, operations, productivity, attendance, inventory, or other business functions.

- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.

- Maintain databases and update records regularly.

- Perform data analysis and identify trends, discrepancies, and gaps.

- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.

- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.





- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business data.

- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel skills, including:

- Pivot Tables

- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

- SUMIF/SUMIFS

- COUNTIF/COUNTIFS

- IF formulas

- Charts and dashboards

- Data validation and conditional formatting

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/BI tools.

- Basic knowledge of SQL or database management.

- Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

- Knowledge of Excel Power Query and data automation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
