Job Title: Sales Coordinator with SAP knowledge

Location: AGI Clozures, Isnapur (Patancheru)

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with hands-on knowledge of SAP SD or SAP MM to support the sales and operations team in a manufacturing environment. The role involves order management, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage sales orders in SAP system accurately
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment
- Handle customer inquiries, order status updates, and documentation
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and order tracking data
- Ensure proper invoicing, billing, and dispatch documentation
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer requirements and follow-ups
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any coordination issues




- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce / Management)
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator in a manufacturing setup
- Working knowledge of SAP (Order processing, invoicing, delivery tracking)
- Good understanding of sales operations and supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
