Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards for various business functions

- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Excel, project tools)

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project timelines, cost efficiency, vendor performance, and sales metrics

- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements

- Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for leadership review

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within business data





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles

- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling)

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)

- Experience working with databases and data extraction (SQL is a plus)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
