Job Responsibilities

- Perform accurate micro-setting of diamonds and gemstones in gold, platinum, and other jewellery pieces.

- Set small diamonds accurately using tools such as microscopes, setting burrs, gravers, and punches.

- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, security, and finishing of stones.

- Work according to jewellery designs, samples, and production specifications.

- Check stone placement, tightness, and overall finishing to maintain quality standards.

- Handle delicate jewellery pieces carefully to prevent scratches, damage, or stone loss.

- Coordinate with CAD, polishing, and finishing teams when required.

- Identify and rectify setting defects before final quality inspection.

- Maintain tools and work area in clean and proper working condition.





- Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in micro diamond setting.

- Good knowledge of diamond and gemstone setting techniques.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

- Ability to work with very small stones and delicate jewellery.

- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and finishing processes.

- Ability to identify setting and quality defects.
