Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a MICE Sales & Operation Executive. The role involves prospecting and managing corporate clients, preparing proposals and costings for meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and events, and converting leads into confirmed business.

The executive will coordinate with hotels, venues, transport providers, and other suppliers for bookings, negotiations,



and contract management. Daily responsibilities include end-to-end event operations, from itinerary planning and documentation to on-ground coordination, issue resolution, and post-event feedback collection. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking payments, supporting marketing initiatives for MICE offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high service standards and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Experience in MICE, corporate travel, or event management, including client servicing and sales for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
- Strong operational skills in vendor coordination, logistics planning, budgeting, and on-site event supervision.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management with corporate clients and suppliers.
- Comfort with MS Office and basic CRM or booking tools, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to dynamic client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a travel management or MICE company is an advantage.
