Urban Pillar is seeking a performance-driven Meta Campaign Manager with experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate industry or a strong understanding of real estate lead generation campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience can also be considered.
2. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads/Performance Marketing.
3. Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns for real estate projects.
4. Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
5. Set up and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and creatives.
6. Conduct audience research and create targeted campaigns based on location, demographics, interests, and buyer intent.
7. Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce CPL.
8. Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
9. Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign execution.
10. Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

Identify recent opportunities to improve campaign performance and generate better-quality real estate leads.
12. Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
13. Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking will be an advantage.
14. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
