DESCRIPTION

We're SkaleCreatives. We build and test static ads for D2C brands that spend $50k+ per month on Meta. Our job is to find the ad that scales an account, test by test. Behind us: $20M+ in managed ad spend, our own D2C brand, and a small senior team with our own AI tooling. Fully remote.

We're looking for a static ad designer who has shipped real Meta ads and knows why they worked.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build 5–15 statics per test from a written brief (persona, angle, offer, format)
- Deliver in Meta formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) with correct protected zones
- Use AI image tools (ChatGPT Image, Nano Banana, Higgsfield or similar) for visuals, then finish in Figma
- Produce variations fast: new hook, new visual, same idea
- Work with our creative strategist, not with clients

WHAT YOU BRING

- A portfolio with Meta static ads, ideally for D2C brands (required)
- Strong Figma skills
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation
- You know the classic Meta ad types: testimonial, feature/benefit, native/UGC-style,

- Mid to senior level: you can work from a brief without hand-holding
- Fluent English; German is a plus (reading is enough)
- Bonus: you think like a creative strategist and can suggest angles and hooks yourself. We pay more for that.

TERMS

- Freelance, project- or output-based; part-time possible
- At least 10 hours per week
- Hourly or per-ad rate. Target: $10–15/hour (higher if you bring strategy skills)
- Start: immediately
- No exclusivity required

2. Short paid test task
3. 15-minute video call (camera on)
4. Final call with our founder
