HOMEIQ is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, create & manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Manage Google Search, Performance Max & YouTube campaigns
- Generate quality leads for Home Automation & Gate Automation
- Monitor CPL, conversion rate, ROAS & campaign performance
- Create audience targeting, retargeting & remarketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-sale conversion
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports




- Manage advertising budgets effectively

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Solid understanding of lead-generation campaigns
- Experience with conversion tracking, Pixel, GA4 & remarketing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Home Automation, Real Estate, Interiors or related industries is an advantage
