Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end MES implementation, integration and rollout across manufacturing plants.

- Drive shop-floor automation, Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing initiatives.

- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, IoT and machine systems.

- Digitalise manual manufacturing processes and improve real-time production visibility.

- Lead IT-OT integration, technology selection, vendors and implementation partners.

- Drive initiatives around OEE, traceability, quality, production monitoring and analytics.

- Manage and lead Manufacturing IT / MES / Digital Transformation teams.

- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Business leadership.

Must Have:

- 10+ years in Manufacturing IT / MES / Digital Transformation / Automation.

- Strong experience in Automobile / Auto Components manufacturing.

- Proven experience in MES implementation and digitalisation.

- Valuable understanding of MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC, IoT and Industry 4.0.

- Experience managing large-scale implementation projects and vendors.

- Strong IT-OT integration and stakeholder management experience.
