Job Title: MEP Supervisor

Department: Facilities / Infrastructure / Projects

Experience: 3 Years and Above

Reports To: Facility Manager / Project Head / Administrative Head

Job Summary The MEP Supervisor will supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities across the campus, ensuring proper maintenance, safety, compliance, effective manpower utilization, and uninterrupted operation of MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, UPS, fire safety, STP/ETP, and other MEP systems.
- Manage and coordinate manpower across the campus and allocate staff based on operational requirements.
- Monitor installation, testing, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and campus administration.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor energy and utility consumption and support cost-saving initiatives.




- Verify vendor work, service reports, bills, and maintenance records.
- Maintain technical documents, AMC records, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure uninterrupted MEP services for classrooms, laboratories, hostels, and administrative facilities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years and above relevant experience in MEP, facilities, infrastructure, or campus operations.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
- Strong manpower supervision and campus coordination skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
