Role Description

•

- Coordinate and supervise MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).

•
- Review MEP drawings, layouts and specifications.

•
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors and consultants.

•
- Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, firefighting and plumbing systems.

•
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.

•
- Monitor quality, safety and project timelines.

•
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

•
- Verify materials, equipment and workmanship.

•
- Prepare/review shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.

•
- Coordinate vendors and subcontractors.

•
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance.

•
- Assist in estimation, cost control and billing verification.

•
- Prepare progress reports and attend review meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Electrical Engineering and Building Services design and implementation.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP Coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Plumbing systems and their integration with overall building services.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant electrical and building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and coordination tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experience working on commercial or residential building projects.
