About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative (MR) to join our Diabetes Business team at Ahmedabad HQ. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting assigned products, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to doctors and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Promote and detail diabetes-related products to doctors using appropriate scientific information.
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and manage the assigned territory effectively.
- Execute daily call plans and maintain regular doctor coverage.
- Ensure proper product communication and follow-up with doctors.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and business insights.
- Maintain regular reporting of daily calls, coverage, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager for territory planning and business development.
- Follow company guidelines, compliance requirements,



and reporting processes.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an MR / Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Candidates with Diabetes / Diabetology / Cardio-Diabetic business experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of doctor and territory handling.
- Ability to communicate and present pharmaceutical products effectively.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad market will be an advantage.
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. / relevant pharmaceutical or life-science qualification preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable with field-based work.
