Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS coding
- Review physician documentation for coding accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with payer and coding guidelines
- Identify and resolve coding-related claim issues
- Support billing, denial management and QA processes

Requirements:

- CPC certification mandatory
- 2+ years of experience in physician billing/coding
- Solid knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS
- Good understanding of E/M and specialty-specific coding
- Strong attention to detail and productivity
- Immediate joiners preferred
