Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot machinery and mechanical faults
- Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor maintenance activities
- Coordinate inspections, work orders and maintenance records
- Ensure safety and maintenance procedures are followed
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures
- Coordinate with production and other departments to reduce downtime
- Maintain spare parts records and prepare maintenance reports
