:

Johns Systems LLP is hiring Mechanical Quantity Surveyors with 2 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review BOQ and quantity take-offs for mechanical works

- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis and cost comparisons

- Handle measurement, valuation and interim payment applications

- Prepare and evaluate variations, claims and final accounts

- Review mechanical drawings, specifications and contract documents

- Monitor project costs and commercial aspects of mechanical works

- Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Consultants and Client teams

- Maintain proper quantity and commercial documentation

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of International Mechanical QS practices

- Experience in Mechanical Quantity Surveying





- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and MEP works will be an advantage

- Knowledge of FIDIC / International Contracts preferred

- Strong skills in BOQ, Take-off, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Valuation, Variations and Claims

- Experience in GCC / Middle East / International projects preferred

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and relevant QS software

- Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification

- 210 years of relevant experience

- International / GCC project experience preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred
