Key Requirements:
Solid hands-on experience in Mechanical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Experience with Forging Presses, Pneumatic Presses, SPMs & Conveyors
Knowledge of Gearboxes, Cam Profiles & Servo Drive Mechanisms
Preventive, Predictive & Planned Maintenance
Hands-on experience with Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
RCA, Why-Why Analysis, PDCA & Kaizen
MTTR/MTBF improvement and equipment reliability
SAP PM/MM, Maintenance KPIs & Spare Management
Knowledge of Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley Servo Systems
PLC troubleshooting/programming — GX Works/GX Works3 & GT Works3
Machine safety, risk assessment, 5S, Poka-Yoke & IATF
Troubleshooting of HT/LT, Transformer & DG systems
- Experience in machine capacity improvement and equipment reconditioning
