Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing) to ensure timely completion of tasks and swift resolution of roadblocks. Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality, addressing queries, attending meetings, and reporting on project status. Risk Management: Identify potential quality issues early using tools like D/PFMEA, and develop contingency plans.
