Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine design, new product development, reverse engineering, and providing engineering solutions to support production and maintenance functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and technological advancement within the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and create innovative concepts for new machines and equipment.
- Prepare detailed mechanical designs, engineering drawings, and drafts for machines and machine components.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance and Production teams to develop improvement solutions and resolve operational challenges through engineering design.
- Perform reverse engineering of existing machines and components to support enhancement, replacement, and optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering records.




- Support machine modification projects, process improvements, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure designs comply with quality, safety, manufacturing, and operational requirements.

Your Job profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. ( MUST)
- 2-3 years of experience in machine design and development within a manufacturing environment.
- Robust understanding of mechanical engineering principles, machine components, and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication skills, teamwork attitude and problem solving skills.

Technical Skills

- Working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Inventor
- Solid Edge
- CATIA V5
- SolidWorks (Basic)
- Siemens NX (Basic)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of SAP ERP system.
