Role Description The MBA Trainee Intern will support cross-functional initiatives related to product innovation, market access, and funding activities in a fast-paced ecosystem environment. This full-time role is on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and involves assisting with market research, data analysis, and business model validation for products across multiple sectors. The intern will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents that inform decision-making.

Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking industry trends, contributing to go-to-market plans,



coordinating meetings and stakeholder interactions, and documenting processes and outcomes. The role offers exposure to global partnerships and diverse innovation projects, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to real-world business challenges.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research capabilities, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and data interpretation.
- Business and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand business models, product-market fit, and basic financial concepts.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Organizational and project support skills, such as time management, documentation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent postgraduate program in Business, Management, or related discipline.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborating with diverse teams and partners.
- Proficiency in standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and openness to learning new digital platforms.
- Interest in innovation-led sectors such as Defence, Aerospace, Space, Mobility, Healthcare, Telecom, Energy, or Fashion is an advantage.
