? Immediate Hiring: Mechanical Design Engineer (SolidWorks)

MechStruc Design Services LLP is looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team immediately . We need an engineer who is not just great at CAD, but also possesses robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and production teams.

- ? Location: On-site (Bommasandra-Jigani Link Road, Bengaluru)
- ? Experience: 2–3 Years (Core Mechanical Structural Design)
- ? Salary Budget: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on experience & CAD test)
- ? Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 7–10 days notice)

Key Responsibilities:

- Create robust 3D structural models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks ( Should have must 2-3 exp ) .
- Work extensively on Weldments, Sheet Metal, and structural frame designs.
- Interpret and translate customer technical requirements, schematics, and legacy drawings into precise manufacturing files.




- Coordinate directly with the shop floor fabrication team to resolve engineering queries clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of continuous, hands-on industrial experience using SolidWorks.
- Excellent communication skills (ability to clearly explain technical concepts, write clear project updates, and speak confidently).
- Strong technical interpretation skills (must be able to independently read complex engineering drawings and apply proper GD&T; rules).
- Must reside in or be able to easily commute daily to the Bommasandra / Jigani / Electronic City / Chandapura belt.
