Management Trainee Loan Against Property (LAP)

- Experience: Freshers (MBA )
Key Responsibilities
- Learn Products: Master LAP/SBL lending products, credit processes, and basic concepts.
- Lead Generation: Coordinate with branch staff to source current SBL and LAP business leads.
- Client & Market Visits: Accompany the team on field visits, market surveys, and customer meets.
- Document Management: Collect and verify customer financial, KYC, and property documents.
- Team Support: Assist in gathering customer requirements and managing client follow-ups.
Desired Skills
- Education: MBA / PGDM graduate (Finance or Marketing preferred).
- Communication: Good verbal and written skills (Marathi is a plus for Pune).
- Technical: Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Traits: Strong willingness to learn and comfortable with field movement.
