We are looking for a meticulous individual to join our shared services team as a Master Data Analyst. The core responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage and oversee Master data management operations in line with established policies and procedures, ensuring the effective handling and accuracy of master data while adhering to company standards. This position requires basic understanding of master data principles, outstanding analytical abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: To create, maintain, update and manage Product, Recipes & Vendor master data of Americana Develop and maintain the organization’s data governance framework, including guidelines, procedures, and standards. Ensure data governance guidelines align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. To ensure that master data are of the right consistency, uniformity, and accuracy i.e. Identify and eliminate irrelevantly, duplicated data periodically. Establish and enforce data quality standards. Monitor data quality metrics and ensure continuous improvement. Implement data validation and cleansing processes. To create process control documents for continual and timely changes in processes to increase productivity i.e.

SOPs, L3, L4 flow charts, control frameworks,



quality audits checklist, and dashboards. To bring continuous improvement initiatives by creating, formulating, and publishing daily & Weekly dashboards for the team, to ensure the team is meeting the targets as per the defined SLA/KPIs Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure data governance compliance. Identify and mitigate data-related risks.

Technology and Tools: Evaluate and implement data governance tools and technologies such as CrunchTime & Oracle Fusion Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data governance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Academic and qualified qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Basic understanding of data governance frameworks, principles, and best practices. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SQL.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
