We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive – B2B Sales & Lead Generation

ArthCycle Labs LLP is looking for an energetic Marketing Executive to support our growing B2B business across private label, white label, OEM, bulk manufacturing, and packaging services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through online and offline channels
- Connect with cosmetic brands, distributors, salons, spas, hotels, dermatologists, retailers, and other potential clients
- Reach prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and social media
- Follow up on enquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
- Promote our Private Label, White Label, OEM, Bulk Manufacturing, and Packaging Solutions
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Maintain customer, enquiry, and lead databases
- Coordinate with Sales, R&D;, Production, and Management teams
- Assist with quotations, samples, presentations, catalogues, and marketing materials
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and new opportunities
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and marketing performance
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related field preferred
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with client calling, follow-ups, and lead generation
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales,



digital marketing, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and email
- Organised, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn

Experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, Business Development, Private Label, Contract Manufacturing, Digital Marketing, or Sales Coordination will be an advantage. Why Join ArthCycle Labs?

Pay: ₹9,985.39 - ₹28,000.00 per month
