Marketing Manager Real Estate
Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM – Marketing (preferred)
Experience: 5 to 10 years in Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Manage digital marketing, Google/Meta Ads, social media and property portals.
- Handle project launches, campaigns, events and brand promotions.
- Manage agencies, marketing budgets and campaign performance.
- Track CPL, leads, conversions and marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with Sales/CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
- Manage marketing collaterals, MIS and competitor analysis
