Job Summary The Mall Marketing Manager develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase tenant sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities

- Strategic Marketing Planning Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with property objectives and budget. Create promotional calendars featuring seasonal campaigns, holiday events, and community activations. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, demographic trends, and competitive positioning. Track performance metrics and ROI across all marketing initiatives.
- Event Management Activation Plan and execute mall-wide events including grand openings, seasonal celebrations, fashion shows, and community programs. Coordinate logistics, vendor management, budgets, and staffing for all activations. Partner with tenants to create co-marketing opportunities that drive foot traffic and sales.
- Digital Marketing Social Media Manage the malls digital presence across website, social media platforms, email marketing, and mobile apps. Create engaging content that showcases tenants, promotions, and events. Monitor online reputation and respond to customer feedback. Optimize digital advertising campaigns and analyze performance data.
- Tenant Relations Support Serve as primary marketing liaison for retail tenants. Provide marketing support, promotional materials, and performance insights. Organize tenant meetings to communicate marketing plans and gather feedback. Develop cooperative advertising programs that benefit both individual tenants and the property.
- Advertising Public Relations Manage relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and PR firms. Coordinate print, digital, radio, and outdoor advertising campaigns.



Generate press releases and secure media coverage for major events and announcements. Maintain brand consistency across all communications.
- Budget Management Develop and manage marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Track expenses, process invoices, and provide regular budget reports. Negotiate vendor contracts and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Education Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or commercial real estate. Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Skills Competencies Robust project management abilities with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software. Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing platforms. Budget management and vendor negotiation experience. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for events.
