Job Opening: Marketing Executive – Field Outreach & Admissions

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Marketing Executive to lead our on-ground outreach and student enrollment initiatives in Thrissur and surrounding regions.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand across major educational hubs, schools, colleges, and local communities. Your main objective will be to connect directly with students and parents, raise brand awareness, generate quality inquiries, and drive admissions through field-based campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Outreach & Direct Engagement

- Conduct on-ground marketing initiatives, including school and college visits, educational kiosks, roadshows, and community outreach campaigns across Thrissur district.
- Directly interact with prospective students and parents to introduce course offerings, career pathways, and program benefits.
- Represent the organization at local high-footfall areas and educational events.

1. Lead Generation & Admission Support

- Generate qualified student leads through field activations, institutional networking, local events, and referrals.
- Provide accurate course information, eligibility criteria, and career guidance during initial interactions.
- Accurately capture prospect data and coordinate with the admissions team for seamless lead handovers and higher conversion rates.

1. Institutional Partnerships & Networking





- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and local community groups in and around Thrissur.
- Support referral programs and collaborative educational initiatives to ensure a steady pipeline of prospective students.

1. Campaign & Event Execution

- Organize and support local career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and orientation programs.
- Manage the setup and distribution of promotional collateral (brochures, standees, flyers, banners) at key field locations.

1. Field Reporting & Market Insights

- Log daily field activities, campus visits, lead metrics, and follow-up status.
- Share actionable insights regarding local market trends, student preferences, and competitor activities in the Thrissur region.

Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–4 years in field marketing, student outreach, business development, or event coordination. Prior experience in Education or EdTech is a major plus.
- Communication: Fluency in Malayalam and English with strong interpersonal, presentation, and sales skills.
- Mobility: Comfort with regular local travel and fieldwork within Thrissur and neighboring zones.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
