About the RoleDate Energy is looking for enthusiastic engineering graduates with a B.E. / B.Tech background to join our growing team in Pune.

This role is tailored for freshers who possess strong communication skills, a technical mindset, and a keen interest in building a career within the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Renewable Energy sectors. In this role, you will apply your engineering foundation to marketing, customer interaction, and business operations while gaining deep domain knowledge in modern battery storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement & Communication: Interact directly with potential clients, answer inquiries, and effectively present Date Energy’s BESS and renewable solutions.
- Technical Marketing: Translate technical features of Battery Energy Storage Systems into client-friendly value propositions, pitch decks, and informational materials.
- Lead Coordination & Follow-up: Coordinate with prospective customers, gather site or project requirements, and maintain smooth communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Market Research & Learning: Actively stay updated on trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements in the battery storage and clean energy industry.
- Cross-Functional Support:



Work closely with the technical and execution teams to align customer requirements with practical engineering solutions.
- Site Visits & Client Meetings: Travel locally or regionally for client meetings, initial site assessments, or industry events as required.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Energy, or related engineering disciplines (Mandatory).
- Experience: Fresher (2025/2026 graduates or recent pass-outs preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi; strong interpersonal skills.
- Domain Interest: Genuine interest in Renewable Energy, Clean Tech, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Adaptability & Mobility: Comfortable in customer-facing roles and willing to travel for meetings or site visits when required.
- Core Aptitude: Good learning agility, organizational skills, and a positive proactive attitude.
