Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current clients requiring financial solutions, including:
- Business Loans
- Working Capital Finance
- Project Finance
- Stressed Asset Funding
- NPA Advisory & Funding
- Real Estate (RE) Funding
- Special Situation Funding
- Structured Debt Solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, SMEs, promoters, investors, financial institutions, ARCs, NBFCs, banks, and intermediaries.
- Understand client funding requirements and recommend suitable financial products and capital solutions.
- Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, industry events, and direct business development activities.
- Conduct preliminary assessment of clients' financial position, business model, and funding eligibility before submission.
- Coordinate with internal legal, compliance, credit, and execution teams for seamless processing of transactions.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, financial information requests, and transaction documentation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to mandate execution and successful deal closure.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of transactions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for revenue, mandates,



and deal closures.
- Keep updated on banking regulations, RBI guidelines, financial markets, lending products, and industry developments.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, client database, and prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
- Build strategic relationships with Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, AIFs, Special Situation Funds, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors to facilitate funding opportunities.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the company's legal, compliance, restructuring, and advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial products
- Understanding of stressed assets, NPA resolution, and structured finance
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work with senior management, promoters, lenders, and investors
- Target-oriented with excellent business development capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and financial analysis

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
