Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager – Fashion & E-commerce
? Location: Gurgaon
? Experience: 2–4 Years
? CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
? Industry: Fashion / Retail / E-commerce
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale performance campaigns across Meta & Google Ads .
- Drive revenue, customer acquisition, ROAS and conversions .
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, retargeting and A/B testing.
- Track ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV & revenue .
- Work closely with Creative, E-commerce and CRM teams.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on performance marketing experience in Fashion, Retail, D2C or E-commerce brands preferred.
