Marketing Executive Ryan International School

Reporting To: Cluster Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Execute all external marketing activities for the school as per the cluster marketing plan.
- Plan and conduct canopy activities, residential society activations, local events and community outreach.
- Manage banners, hoardings, standees, flyers and other outdoor branding activities.
- Identify new locations and opportunities to increase school visibility and reach prospective parents.
- Generate quality admission leads through field marketing and local outreach.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team for lead follow-up, school visits and admission conversions.
- Build relationships with RWAs, residential societies, local communities and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors for outdoor branding and promotional activities.
- Track and report marketing activities, leads generated, school visits and admissions to the Cluster Marketing Manager.
- Support the school in achieving monthly and annual admission targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or any relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, outdoor marketing, admissions, education..
- Prior experience in school/K-12 marketing and admissions will be preferred not manadatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with parents and community members.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking abilities.
- Experience in conducting canopy activities, society activations, events and outdoor branding campaigns.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to generate leads and support admission conversions.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking activities.
- Willingness to travel locally and work extensively in the field.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
