MARKETING STAFF – RULES & REGULATIONS

- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM every day.

- Each marketing staff must visit a minimum of 25 shops / hotels / bakeries / restaurants every day.

- Staff should aim to collect a minimum of 4–5 orders per day.

- Live Location must be shared during field work.

- A Daily Report must be submitted with details of customer visits and orders collected.

- Staff must speak to customers politely, respectfully, and professionally at all times.

- Company ID Card and Visiting Card must be carried during field visits.

- Company-provided T-shirt / uniform must be worn while on field duty.

- Product details, prices, offers, and schemes must be explained to customers correctly.

- All orders received must be immediately informed to the office.

- Customer payments must be collected only through the company bank account / GPay.

- No credit, special price,



or offer should be given without management approval.

- Any customer complaint or issue must be immediately reported to the Manager / Office.

- Personal work should not interfere with field duties during working hours.

- Leave must be taken only after getting prior approval from the Manager / MD.

- Company, customer, and business-related information must not be shared with outsider.

- Official WhatsApp messages and calls should be responded to within 30 minutes whenever possible.

- violation of company rules may result in disciplinary action by the management.

- Daily allowance Rs.250
