Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team and contribute to the overall growth of The Coco Factory.

The role involves digital marketing, social media, content coordination, campaign execution, market research, and brand promotion. The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of marketing activities and coordinating with different teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Manage and coordinate social media marketing activities
- Coordinate content creation, photoshoots, reels, and product campaigns
- Work closely with content creators and external vendors
- Assist in planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research




- Develop creative ideas for brand awareness and product promotion
- Support e-commerce and marketplace marketing activities
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
- Track marketing budgets and campaign expenses
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and brand growth
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns

Requirements

- relevant marketing experience preferble
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Creative and proactive approach
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong interest in building and growing a consumer brand
