Business Development Executive — Media Production House, Ahmedabad

A media production house in Ahmedabad delivering end-to-end shoots and production solutions for their clients, and They are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for generating current business leads and converting them into successful client partnerships — playing a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and research.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Pitch the company's production capabilities and services to potential clients.
- Own the sales process end-to-end, from first conversation to closed deal.
- Work closely with the production team to understand client briefs and ensure smooth handovers.




- Maintain an organized pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape to spot new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- An enthusiastic, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
- Confidence pitching ideas and negotiating with clients.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Experience: 1–3 years (agency background preferred)
