Job Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes, production efficiency, quality, and productivity. The candidate will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize processes and ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and production methods.
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support production teams in resolving process-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and process flow charts.
- Conduct time studies and support cycle-time and productivity improvement activities.
- Monitor production performance, process efficiency, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Support new product introduction and process development activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Design teams.
- Identify opportunities to reduce production costs, material wastage, and process losses.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in capacity planning, line balancing, and manpower/resource utilization.
- Support troubleshooting of manufacturing and equipment-related issues.
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and production requirements.
- Prepare reports and analyze production data to support decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methods.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant engineering/manufacturing software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
