Job Summary:

We are hiring a Manager – Yard Management to oversee yard operations, vehicle movement, parking, inventory, manpower, safety, and yard utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage yard operations, vehicle movement, parking, and dispatch.

- Plan yard utilization and optimize vehicle movement and space.

- Monitor inventory, TAT, productivity, and operational KPIs.

- Manage manpower, shifts, transporters, and stakeholder coordination.

- Ensure EHS, safety, 5S, and security compliance.

- Prepare MIS reports and drive process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

- 8–12 years of experience in Yard Management, Logistics, 3PL, Transportation, or Automobile operations.

- Experience managing large yards, high-volume vehicle movements, teams, and multiple shifts.

- Solid knowledge of yard planning, fleet movement, inventory control, and logistics.

- Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, ERP/WMS/TMS.

- Willingness to work in shifts/24×7 operations.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹82,000.00 per month
