- Oracle SQL / PL/SQL
- UNIX/Linux & Shell Scripting
- Application Logs & Production Troubleshooting

- Warehouse Operations: Inbound, Outbound & Inventory
- Incident Management / RCA / SLA
- ServiceNow / Jira / Splunk / Dynatrace
