:

- Preparation & presentation of Management Packs for clients along with various month end MIS reports as per Client's Requirement. Month End and year end closing and procedural adjustments. Accruals, Prepayment and Other reclass journals. Nominal Ledger Scrutiny of all the Nominal Account codes to ensure that the transactions are accurately recorded in that month. Period end Balance sheet reconciliations. Complete & in-depth knowledge of P&L;, BS start from its preparation to its review & variance analysis & commentary for client/management. Experience of taking monthly governance call & preparation of the various Dashboards, knowledge of SLA.




- The role involves embedding in the operations processes and learn the process to further streamline the bottlenecks, increase the knowledge base of the staff, solve issues through innovative approaches, address the knowledge gap issues through mentoring and support client processes as a consultant.
- To achieve this the following would be required as skills-
- Preparation of Finance Packs for clients which involves preparation of Funding statement, cashflow projections & commentary on the Variances on P&L; statement.
- Monthly call with client to review P&L; & Balance sheet.
- VAT return and accounting for taxes
- Annuals statutory accounts preparation.
- Month End and year-end closing and procedural adjustments.
- Accruals, Prepayment, and Other reclass journals.
- Nominal Ledger Scrutiny of all the Nominal Account codes to ensure that the transactions are accurately recorded in that month.
- Bank reconciliation, Balance sheet reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Updating Fixed Asset register and providing depreciation accurately.
- Internal and External Audit support.
- Good at reporting work - client on weekly/monthly basis.
- Understanding client requirements to run the FTE model successfully.
- Troubleshooting for the team and providing training on the technical part to the team.
