Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manager – Channel Development – Modular OT (MOT) to build and grow strategic partnerships with Modular OT manufacturers, turnkey OT companies, and healthcare infrastructure partners across India.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the MOT / Modular OT ecosystem, an established industry network, and proven experience in generating and converting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage strategic channel partnerships with MOT manufacturers and turnkey OT companies.
- Identify and develop new hospital and healthcare infrastructure project opportunities.
- Ensure the company’s solutions are included in MOT quotations, specifications, and turnkey proposals.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with MOT manufacturers, project heads, consultants, contractors, and hospital decision-makers.
- Drive opportunities from initial engagement through partnership, project development, and order closure.
- Conduct regular market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage commercial discussions with channel partners and key

stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, opportunities, market developments, and channel performance.

Candidate Profile




- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MOT / Modular OT Sales, Business Development, or

Channel Development.
- Robust existing network with MOT manufacturers, turnkey OT companies, and relevant

project stakeholders.
- Proven track record of generating and converting business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the Modular OT market and project ecosystem.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong relationship-management and business-development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune will be preferred.

Mandatory Requirement Relevant MOT / Modular OT Industry Experience Is Mandatory. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the MOT ecosystem and be capable of creating and developing business opportunities with minimal ramp-up time.
